Beginning in 2001, and over the next two years I created collages of images and words for thirteen ‘planetary’ archetypal characters; twelve zodiac signs or landscapes; and twelve houses that illustrate in which area of life these characters show up.
Between April 1998 and January 2001 I was privileged to live at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and learned the basis of this mandala approach from Sylvia Guersensvaig, the resident astrologer. Sylvia conducted new moon oracles and used colored cards and the symbols to represent the signs and planets.
I built on this idea, and made collages of images and words for the signs, planets and houses to access what is often hidden to our rational sides.
The low resolution photos are accessible on line. If you would like to have high quality printed copies or giclees made, please contact us for the high resolution photos. Photos of the collages can be purchased individually as gifts or in various combinations and sizes as tools for exploring astrology.
